The estimated timeline:

  • Impression kit delivery: 3–7 business days

If you are wearing retainers for the first time, we recommend wearing them for approximately 22 hours per day during the initial stabilization period, removing them only when eating, drinking, brushing, or cleaning your teeth.

After your teeth become more stable, you can typically transition to nighttime wear (around 8 hours per day) based on your orthodontic needs.

Over time, retainers may experience normal wear and changes in fit. For optimal hygiene and performance, we recommend replacing your retainers regularly. Returning customers can enjoy exclusive reorder discounts and convenient subscription options.

If your teeth have changed due to tooth extraction, fillings, dental procedures, or other oral changes, a new impression may be required to ensure proper fit.

If your custom product does not fit properly after receiving it, please contact our support team.
